How merchandise is ordered. There is no online checkout.
How to order
Urns and other merchandise are shown in our catalogue on the Merchandise page. To order, contact us. We confirm price, availability, and delivery with you before anything is billed.
Payment and delivery
Payment is arranged with Scott or Robert. Ownership of an item passes when it is paid for and given to you or to the carrier. We ship inside the United States only.
Returns
Unused items in original condition can be discussed for return. Call us promptly after you receive the item. Restocking and shipping may apply. Damaged or defective items: contact us and we will make it right.
California law
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes are handled in Placer County unless a consumer-protection rule says otherwise.
